These terms govern your use of WorshipSuite, provided by MainzWare LLC, Indiana. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your password private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Each person should have their own account. One active free team is allowed per account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you and your team add. You give us permission to store and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the songs, lyrics and charts you upload, including any licenses your church needs.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse WorshipSuite: no unlawful content, no harassment, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no automated account creation.

Plans and payment

WorshipSuite offers a free plan and may offer paid plans. Paid plan terms, prices and cancellation rules will be shown before you buy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep WorshipSuite available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or end features, and we will give notice of significant changes.

Liability

WorshipSuite is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, MainzWare LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
